Adidas teamed up with artist Kris Andrew Small to create a 2022 Pride Collection on the GAMEMODE silo. Inspired by the Stonewall activists of the 1969 Stonewall Uprising, the collection offers solidarity in celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community’s past and present. It honors unique belonging through a colorful and diverse graphic message, reflecting an inclusive and optimistic spirit. This partnership also aligns with adidas’ two key Global Purpose Partners: Athlete Ally and Stonewall UK.
Inspired by the Stonewall Uprising
The collection’s design draws directly from the courage of the Stonewall activists. Kris Andrew Small, the artist behind the graphics, shared a personal connection: “When I was younger, I was so scared to be queer. What gave me strength was when I started actually showing that side of me and putting it in my work. It made me feel liberated and free.”
Three Unique Design Expressions
The Pride collection features three different versions of the adidas GAMEMODE, each with a distinct graphic treatment. This allows players to choose the expression that resonates most with them while celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community.

Built for comfortable play, the GAMEMODE boots are designed to fit a wide range of foot shapes. Key features include:
