adidas Copa Sense+ “Inner Life” Limited Edition Released

After a pair of more traditional colorways, adidas debuts a vibrant, limited-edition design for the Copa Sense+ that reveals the boot’s inner performance story. Taking an inside-out approach, the “Inner Life” edition highlights the key technologies and design thinking behind the next-generation Copa silo.

Design and Concept

A white base is overlaid with colorful graphics that communicate what makes the Copa Sense+ unique. The aesthetic echoes an “Off-White” style, exposing the thought process behind the final product. Every visual element serves to explain the engineering, leaving the imagery to speak for itself.

Data-Driven Performance Features

adidas designers used data-mapping to understand exactly where the foot connects with the ball. This research led to the strategic placement of SENSEPODS—foam elements anatomically positioned inside the heel to eliminate negative space around the ankle and Achilles, creating a seamless connection between cleat and foot.

TOUCHPODS for Impact Absorption

New TOUCHPODS are placed on both the medial and lateral sides of the boot. They absorb impact energy from the ball at the points of most frequent contact, improving touch and control.

Laceless K-Leather Upper with FUSIONSKIN

The laceless k-leather upper incorporates FUSIONSKIN, a material that molds to the shape of the foot while reducing water absorption and enhancing flexibility.

Re-Engineered Collar Shape

The collar of the Copa Sense has been slightly rotated to better follow the natural contour of the ankle, delivering an optimal fit.

Anatomically Shaped Outsole with SOFTSTUDS

A new anatomically shaped Copa Sense outsole features SOFTSTUDS—two medial forefoot studs injected with a softer material. These studs bend on impact with the ball, ensuring the sweetest possible touch.
