As the 2020-21 Champions League group stage draws near, adidas Football has unveiled a new collection of football boots called the Glory Hunter Pack. The colour scheme takes direct inspiration from the official Champions League match ball, with the tournament’s opening round beginning on 20th October. This collection marks the first time in several months that adidas has launched a pack featuring just three silos: the X, Predator, and Copa.

New adidas Glory Hunter Pack Overview
The Glory Hunter Pack stands out not only for its Champions League-inspired colours but also because it excludes the Nemeziz range. The absence has sparked online discussion about whether a new Nemeziz generation is in development or if the brand is phasing out the boot line created for Lionel Messi.

adidas Copa 20 Football Boots
In the Copa 20 “Glory Hunter” boot, adidas uses a whiter base colour compared to the other models in the pack. Notably, the brand has removed the 3D-printed graphic from the upper, returning the boot to its earlier design. The key visual updates include bold blue three stripes made from a different material than usual, plus small red accents on the heel and coloured studs on the FG sole. The overall construction appears similar to the Copa 20 launched in November 2018. On-pitch ambassadors are expected to include Jude Bellingham (Borussia Dortmund) and Fikayo Tomori (Chelsea), likely wearing the Copa 20.1 version.

adidas X Ghosted+ Football Boots
Adidas’ speed silo, the X Ghosted+, receives a completely revamped look in the Glory Hunter Pack. Sky blue tones dominate, with blue and orange detailing and finishes. In terms of technology, these boots are identical to the two previous X Ghosted+ editions. The main on-pitch ambassador for this model is Manchester City’s Gabriel Jesus.

adidas Predator Football Boots
The Predator is available in both a laceless version and a low-cut, laced version with a slimmer profile that gives a more traditional look reminiscent of the original Predator. The colour scheme features a light blue base across the upper, accented with darker blue on the three stripes, the brand logo, and the external heel counter. The boot’s key technology (the Demonskin rubber elements) is highlighted in orange to stand out. Players expected to debut these boots in the Champions League include David Alaba (Bayern Munich), Rodrigo Bentancur, Fabinho, and Koke (Atlético Madrid).
