Adidas has opened the new year with the “Edge of Darkness” pack, introducing stealthy blacked-out designs for the COPA Sense and X Speedflow silos. The launch also hints at the upcoming Predator EDGE generation, expected to debut in the coming weeks.
What’s New in the Edge of Darkness Pack
The pack applies a core black coating across both silos, accented with vivid red and blue rush detailing. On the COPA Sense, these colors flow around the heel, while on the X Speedflow they define the signature three-stripe branding. The look is designed for players who want to operate under the radar with a supernova-like effect.
adidas COPA Sense: Precision and Touch
The COPA Sense firm‑ground cleats feature a soft K‑leather upper combined with foam Sensepods that fill gaps in the heel for a locked‑in feel. External Touchpods and Softstuds cushion every touch, helping players pull strings from the shadows.
adidas X Speedflow+: Speed and Agility
The laceless X Speedflow+ uses a Primeknit skin upper for comfort and confidence. A Carbitex carbon‑fiber insert and raised forefoot support explosive acceleration, while the Agilitycage provides stability for quick cuts and turns. The design is built for speed‑of‑thought and rapid feet.
