Following the rapid sell-out success of their 2024 Croatia-inspired release, Defected and MEYBA have teamed up once again to launch a new limited-edition football shirt for 2025. Designed for fans at the intersection of football and dance culture, the latest strip blends a festival-ready aesthetic with terrace heritage.
A Global Design Inspired by Festival Season
This year’s shirt moves away from the previous Croatia theme and adopts a worldwide outlook. The Defected Worldwide globe logo sits prominently on the front, while a gradient colourway drawn from summer festivals adds a vibrant, season-led feel. A collared v-neck silhouette gives the shirt a lifestyle edge, staying true to the terrace DNA that MEYBA is known for.

The shirt is packed with gold-level finishing touches that honour the label’s history. Twin embroidered gold stars represent Defected’s two UK No.1 singles, while a Defected Worldwide woven side tab nods to the label’s global reach. A gold-stitched “Defected Since 1999” crest appears on the chest, and the reverse features a custom “25” squad number. A woven patch reading “Our House Is Your House” sits on the sleeve – a direct reference to the label’s unifying message of community and culture.
MEYBA’s Football Heritage Meets Dance Culture
For those unfamiliar with MEYBA, the Spanish brand carries serious football credibility.
