The kit, which launched for the 2018/2019 season, will remain in use for future campaigns and is mandatory for every participant at each academy event. The primary goal of this change is to create a single, standardised uniform that works for both goalkeepers and outfield players across all academy activities.
Why the Kit Was Updated
The academy sought a clothing range that could unify the look of all participants at its various training sessions and clinics. By adopting a single kit, the organisation ensures that every player, regardless of position, wears consistent and appropriate attire. The result is a streamlined approach to kit management that simplifies preparation for both staff and students.
Kit Supplier and Equipment
The SP brand was responsible for supplying the entire range, equipping all footballers with the gear needed to perform at their best during every training session. However, the academy has since announced that from now on, all football kits will be provided by the SOKA brand.
Complete Clothing Range
The new kit includes separate items for outfield players and specialised pieces for goalkeepers. The full range consists of:
- Short-sleeved technical shirt
- Training sweatshirt
- Shorts
- Long trousers
- Waterproof jacket
- Capri trousers (goalkeepers only)
Pack Options for Goalkeepers
Goalkeepers can choose from several pack levels, each offering a different combination of items. The packs are named Basic, Copa, Liga, and Champions, with increasing levels of equipment.
Pack Options for Outfield Players
Outfield players also have access to the same four pack tiers: Basic, Copa, Liga, and Champions. The contents vary to suit different training needs and preferences.
