Genoa CFC and Kappa continue their 132nd anniversary celebrations with the unveiling of the 2025/26 third kit. The design draws directly from the club’s iconic fan-written anthem, bringing its lyrics to life in a retro aesthetic that blends football heritage with streetwear culture.

A Tribute to ‘Un Cantico per il Mio Grifone’

The 2025/26 third kit takes its inspiration from the fan anthem “Un Cantico per il Mio Grifone”, written in 1972 by Peo Campodonico and Gian Piero Reverberi. The song was chosen by supporters in a competition and has echoed around the Luigi Ferraris stadium ever since. Five decades later, the line “With red shorts and a blue shirt” is now literally woven into the fabric of the kit, reimagining history for the modern era.
