The Swiss Football League and sportswear brand Macron have revealed the new official match ball for the 2025/26 season. Named Campione, the ball will be used across both the Brack Super League and dieci Challenge League, building on the partnership that began last season.
Performance and Certification
Campione carries FIFA Quality Pro certification, meeting the highest international standards for match balls. Developed at Macron’s Campus in Bologna with input from the Swiss Football League, the ball features a 16-panel thermobonded construction. This seamless design improves durability, reduces water absorption, and delivers more predictable flight patterns, while offering a softer, natural touch.
Design and Identity
The visual design of Campione incorporates a stylised version of the Swiss champions’ trophy, paired with the newly unveiled Swiss Football League logo. The aesthetic reflects the modern identity of Swiss football, intended to serve as a symbol on the pitch from training through to title-deciding matches.
Cold-Weather and Replica Versions
For winter fixtures, a high-visibility cold-weather version of Campione will be available, ensuring performance in low-light and adverse conditions. A replica version, sharing the same design but without the heat-sealed technology, will also be offered to fans.
Pre-Season Integration
The Campione ball will be used in pre-season training camps across Switzerland before the 2025/26 season begins, allowing players and coaches to familiarise themselves with the new ball.
