Design Inspiration: A Nod to Raheem’s Journey
The pattern on the FURON v7 “Route to Success” draws from the nostalgic fabric found on English buses during Raheem’s younger days. During that time, Sterling had to take three buses daily from his home near Wembley to his club’s training grounds close to Heathrow Airport, leaving mid-afternoon and returning home late at night. The design recollects those bus rides and the desire and commitment it took for him to make it as a professional footballer.
Technical Features of the FURON v7
This is the first new look for the seventh-generation FURON. The boot boasts a Hypoknit upper with mesh lining, plus off-set lacing with a cored-out canopy for lockdown and an increased strike zone. The FURON v7 delivers impressive support and comfort.
