The summer 2020 transfer window brought several high-profile returns and new arrivals to Serie A. This article examines three of the most notable signings – Álvaro Morata at Juventus, Arturo Vidal at Inter Milan, and Victor Osimhen at Napoli – and the boots they have chosen for the upcoming season.
Álvaro Morata
The adidas Predator Mutator 20+ is a laceless boot featuring Predator Element technology, with rubber elements on the upper that increase grip and improve ball control, even in wet conditions.

Vidal, reunited with Antonio Conte at Inter Milan, brings experience, intensity, leadership and an enormous work rate. Until relatively recently he was usually seen wearing the Nike Mercurial, but since his move to Milan he has started wearing the new Nike Phantom GT. This switch from a speed-oriented boot to a more versatile model designed for control, precision, and comfort suits the Chilean midfielder’s profile.
Victor Osimhen
The Nike Mercurial Superfly VII Elite in a white, flash crimson, hyper jade, and black colorway.

Osimhen joined Napoli from the French league and made a very positive impression from his first matches, demonstrating speed, power, and the ability to turn matches on their head. Its Flyknit construction provides a very light and comfortable feel, allowing him to make the most of his changes of pace and top speed.
