Nike and Palace have unveiled Manor Place, a new multi-purpose venue in the heart of South London. Set inside a restored Victorian bathhouse built in 1895, the space blends sport, style, and community into a living hub for the next generation.
Manor Place: A New Pulse for an Old Bathhouse
The collaboration follows the P90 collection and transforms the historic building into a multi-layered playground. The venue is designed as a creative and athletic space that feels alive, mirroring the energy of the surrounding city.

The Park and The Cage: Where Skate and Football Meet
At the core of Manor Place lies a dual-level zone called The Park and The Cage. Above ground, a world-class concrete skate park reimagines iconic London spots such as Southbank, Stockwell, and the Victoria Benches through Palace’s contemporary lens. Below ground, The Cage provides an underground football arena designed for 3v3 matches, community leagues, and open sessions. On matchdays, The Cage rises to transform the venue into a full arena for London’s top players.
The Front Room: Gallery, Events, and Retail
Inside the venue, The Front Room serves as a cultural hub combining a gallery, event space, and retail zone. It hosts exhibitions from emerging and established artists, panel talks, pop-ups, and exclusive Nike x Palace product drops.
The Residency: Supporting Six Young Creatives
The Residency offers studio space to six young creatives on a rotating nine-month cycle, completely free of charge. Participants are free to create, experiment, and push boundaries. Their work will later be showcased in The Front Room, closing the loop between creation and celebration.

The P90 Collection: Inspired by Early 2000s Football Culture
Manor Place launches alongside the first major Nike x Palace collaboration, the P90 collection. The range draws inspiration from early 2000s football culture and nods to Nike’s Total90 era, reimagined for skaters and players alike.
Nike and Palace have created a space where heritage meets hype, creativity meets competition, and expression meets collaboration. Manor Place officially opens to the public on November 11.
