Nike has released a second vibrant colorway for the Phantom GX Elite silo within a month, introducing a multi‑color graphic Flyknit design as part of the “Link” pack. The new look brings a dynamic contrast between the front and rear of the boot, offering a visual style not previously seen on a soccer cleat.
Key Features of the New Colorway
The upper features a toned‑down gray Gripknit pattern on the forefoot, while a rainbow‑colored knit runs from the midfoot through to the heel. This split‑color approach creates a striking two‑tone appearance that sets the “Link Pack” apart from earlier releases.
Nike Gripknit Technology
The Phantom GX boot continues to showcase Nike Gripknit, a proprietary yarn coated with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). When heated to the optimal temperature, the TPU coating forms a grippy, flexible, and durable layer over the Nike Flyknit base. Inspired by a fingerprint, the Gripknit upper delivers a tacky feel for sharp ball control while remaining lightweight and flexible.

The “Link Pack” Phantom GX Elite is offered in two configurations:

Agility Plate and Traction
Underfoot, a new versatile stud pattern provides increased traction and responsiveness during quick cuts. The agility plate consists of 13 studs, five of which are Tri‑star studs – the highest stud variation of any boot in the Nike lineup.
