Nike has released its latest Mercurial boot silo on the Nike By You platform (formerly Nike ID), offering complete personalization of the speed boot. The system lets players design a unique pair by choosing colors, finishes, and adding personal details.
How the Customization Works
The process is straightforward. Nike provides the canvas and tools, and you create a design that is yours alone. After submitting your design, the personalized boots arrive within a few weeks.
Inspiration from Pro Players
A limited edition Orange Mercurial Vapor gave a preview of the customization possibilities, particularly around the heel area. Players can add flags, names in bold letters, or special messages. Nike provided ten professional players with the opportunity to personalize their own pairs, each serving as inspiration for your own design.
Personalization Options
You can choose between the Vapor or Superfly models. For the upper, select a translucent or iridescent finish, each with multiple color options. Pick the traction system type and the color of the Swoosh. After setting the base design, you go through five areas of unique personalization where you can add your name, number, flag, and colors.
The system represents a significant step forward in boot customization, allowing nearly every element of the Mercurial to be modified.
